Top Ten Reasons Our Body Hangs Onto Fat

"You can't always change your situation, but you can always change your attitude." -- Larry Hargraves
Have you tried every kind of diet program with very little
success? There may be a lot going on that has never been
addressed or even thought of by the diet industry.
Many times the weight problem is caused by a trapped 'energy
pattern' or a disruption in the bodies energy system.
Treatment by the right qualified practitioner may bring you the
results you have been waiting for.
Here are the top 10 reasons our body hangs onto fat
1. Protection
Our body hangs onto fat when it thinks we need protection from
something or someone.
Almost all women in an abusive marriage gain weight.
2. Habit
Sometimes we just have a habit of feeling we are fat and our
body just settled down into this image.
Since we automatically think we are fat and think we will
always be fat we cannot be otherwise.
3. Ancestral Starvation memories
Yes, just like you are born with a certain color hair and eyes,
you can be born with energy patterns around not having enough to
eat. Cellular memories of starvation from our ancestry can
wreck havoc with any slimming plan.
4. Comfort
Sometimes our bodies just need the comfort a little extra
padding brings. Others in our family may like the extra padding
we carry as it brings them comfort as well.
My own little boy was upset when I began my own slimming
journey because he thought I would no be 'all soft and comfy" anymore.
5. Hiding
What a great place to hide, behind a wall of fat.
6. Organ trauma
We store trauma in our organs and extra cushioning sometimes
make them feel safer.
7. FEAR
Fear of what will happen if we get slim. For instance, attracting too
much attention, perhaps unwanted sexual advances.
8. Body thinks famine is coming.
This can be caused by yo yo dieting when we starve ourselves.
The body thinks famine is right around the corner and hangs on
for dear life to every single ounce.
This must be healed to re-assure your body there is no actual
famine.
9. Childhood deprivation (Love, food, nurturing) This can be
the root of many weight issues.
If we did not get the proper nurturing as children our bodies
can seek out "love" via food.
10. Food allergies
Yep! we crave the very thing that is bound to make us fatter.
Food allergies (or chemical allergies)
cause us to retain water as well to serve as 'cushioning'
around the irritated cells.
So what is the solution to these 10 problems?
As part of any weight management program, consider hiring an "energy healing" practitioner who knows how to clear these
types of energy patterns.
Some methods to consider are,
* Hypnosis.
* Emotional Freedom Techniques,
* Tapas Acupressure techniques,
It is important to interview the facilitator and ask them if
they have had successful experience with these type of weight
issues.
You will know just by reading the 'Top ten" list which areas
resonate with you.
Above all, love yourself right where you are. Don't wait until
you are a certain size to buy some nice clothes and look as
nice as you can.
If you despise your body and criticize it a lot, it will not be
very helpful in releasing the extra pounds. Find parts of
yourself that you do like and focus on those. Ask forgiveness
for those parts of your body that you have sent "hate" energy
towards.
What you think about, you bring about... so envision yourself,
happy, healthy and as beautiful on the outside as you are on
the inside.
